IsIsTRD SG Yes, I have seen it too. At that time SBS Svc 173 also using 0405 NAC bus. Rego 39XX, the last few of the 0405 NAC series.
ZYX2005 SG well regarding BBDEp getting NAC merc in 1992 yes. they did get the newbies back then for example s173 got SBS3909 to SBS3915 when they were brand new SBS3906 3907 and 3908 went to service 122 SBS3897 to SBS3905 went to service 93 when brand new ------------------------ 61 had many LAs. ZYX
ZYX2005 SG no u r wrong Service 511 did indeed use 94xx and 95xx Vos but more importantly it used SBS9800A as its perm 512 never had any double decks. its demand was too low. it used mark 3s ZYX
ZYX2005 SG i used to spot tridents and SBS9800A on 511 SBS9800A had a perm timing on 511, 6:30pm at shenton way. i took about 6 months before i spotted it. it was as tough as SBS9889U of today. in the end i did manage to sit SBS9800A on 511 for about 4 times in its entire length of deployment of 511. in its first few days SBS9800A cameo on s82 and s132 both of which i ponged before I found out its a perm on 511 ZYX
iveco SG 3914 & 3915 later wound up on 105. I always thought these were AMDEP or JRDEP buses. But the time period I am talking about is mid-1999, when SBS started retrofitting its Mk IIs with air con.
muziq bus SG Sorry ah...duno whether mentioned b4... anybody noe da rego 4 da LA which did a sudden appearance on 106 in 1999 wen 106 was FAC?
bluezombie10 SG juz wanna ask, has seen some NAC buses appearing on FAC services, and also AC buses appearing on NAC services too. Juz wondering why is it so. Saw a MKIII plying on 35 before, when the svc was suppose to be a NAC. same for 37.
iveco SG I am saying Svc 16 was a joint operation by BNDEP and ARBP, not solely under the control of the former.
